Believe you me, when I say it's not your OS fault. The fault isn't from Windows 10 & even if you get windows 8.1 it wouldn't change a thing.

The fault is likely from your system. Try playing under low to medium settings, it might solve the problem. Or better still, head over to Apunkagames.biz and pes 2015,you should be able to enjoy it at high settings.

PES 2017 would play on the system. Though you have to set the graphics at medium to have a fluid gaming experience.

The game lag alot, the guy who installed it for me said window 10 don't allow games like that to work. That I should get window 8.1.

The processor AMD E-350 is very low processor, you can see that the clock rates is 1.6ghz, not up to 2.00ghz, it is meant for small notebooks laptop and netbooks, but the integrated radeon HD 6310 graphics is okay, it can play medium and average games. but don't expect much, its not a dedicated graphics

sure, you will go online, each laptop manufacturers has its own official website, where you can identify and drivers, softwares for each particular system model. there are also online driver packs softwares that will help you to search and and install drivers meant for your system model. you can as well search for the particular driver online and it and install it manually or you buy and use an updated driver pack software disc like driver packs, 2017, 2018 or 2019, insert it into your cd rom drive, to help you install the drivers automatically.

Yes it's only bootloader that I unlocked , haven't installed any custom recovery or ROM. And are u saying miui12 is not ready for redmi note 8?

Yes if you haven't installed a custom recovery like twrp or orange fox recovery.
If you have installed a custom recovery, u should the full ROM and flash d ROM manually

I saved it as twrp.img and I typed same in the CMD window but but it said no file with that name .I used minimal ADB . In changing the name ,what I did was,deleting the name and typed twrp.img. I don't know if that's why it didn't recognised it
